Product overview
The SkyRC iMAX B6 Mini, product code SK-100084, is a professional balance charger/discharger for rechargeable batteries. A microprocessor manages charging and discharging, while an integrated balancer supports lithium battery charging. Supported battery ranges are 1–6 cells for LiPo, LiFe and Li-ion, 1–15 cells for NiMH and NiCd, and 2–20 V for lead-acid batteries. LiHV operation adds charging, balancing, fast charging, storage and discharge, with a maximum charge cutoff voltage of 4.35 V.
The unit measures 84 mm long, 102 mm wide and 29 mm high, weighs 233 g net, and incorporates a cooling fan and a 2–6S XH balance interface. It requires DC 11–18 V input. Charging is adjustable from 0.1–6.0 A with a maximum power of 60 W; discharge is adjustable from 0.1–2.0 A with a 5 W maximum. Battery voltage and internal resistance measurement, data storage/loading and cutoff voltage settings support battery setup and monitoring.
USB connectivity enables computer control and firmware updates, with ChargeMaster providing charging control. Smartphone operation requires the separately purchased SK-600075 Wi-Fi module. Temperature-triggered charging interruption also requires a separate accessory, the SK-600040 sensor. The supplied configuration includes the charger, manual, alligator clip-to-DC and alligator clip-to-T-connector leads, a T-connector-to-banana-plug lead, and T-connector adapters for XT60, FUTABA and JST connections. Charging modes vary with battery type and include normal, balance, automatic and fast charging, alongside discharge, cycling, storage and delta-peak adjustment.
