Product overview
The Leishen Intelligent System LS72B is a middle-range laser distance sensor for distance and volume measurement and obstacle avoidance. Its detection geometry uses a fixed angle, with stated detection accuracy of ±3 cm. Applications include drones and UAVs, eVTOL, indoor service robots, and automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots. For bulk-material applications, it can support volume measurement of coal piles and material in grain silos.
The sensor measures 70 × 70 × 30 mm in length, width and height and weighs 230 g, defining its physical envelope and mass for integration. It operates at a wavelength of 905 nm, with a listed frame rate of 10–200 Hz. Detection range is 0.05–150 m at the stated 10% condition. The LS72B is a sensor component; its fixed-angle measurement geometry is a relevant constraint when planning its placement.
