Product overview
The HAKRC 2195 12S 140A Airplane ESC is an electronic speed controller for airplane propulsion systems using 6S-12S LiPo power. Its 81*51mm dimensions and 63g net weight define the space and mass to allocate within an aircraft installation. The hardware uses stacked, separate control and power boards. An EFM8BB21F16G processor runs at up to 50MHz, with three SLM21867 drivers. The power stage combines an eight-layer PCB with 2-ounce copper, resin-plugged construction, 80V MOS devices in a quadruple-parallel arrangement, and copper strips.
Control integration supports PWM, Oneshot125, Oneshot42, Multishot, Dshot150, Dshot300 and Dshot600, with G-H-40-Rev-16.7-MUIti firmware. The built-in BEC offers selectable 5V, 6V or 7.2V output at 10A sustained current and 18A instantaneous maximum. Included current sensing detects bus current in real time, while Murata capacitors provide filtering and an industrial-grade LDO provides voltage regulation. The continuous-current specification is 140A under a closed-incubator test lasting 2min6s; peak current is 150A. That stated duration is a material qualification when sizing the propulsion installation.
