Product overview
The EV-PEAK UD2-100 serves battery charging operations for professional UAVs, with particular emphasis on 24S high-voltage systems. Its supported range covers 20S–24S LiPo, LiHV and intelligent batteries, addressing applications such as agricultural spraying, heavy lifting and cargo transport. The physical unit combines two independently controlled charging channels with a metal housing and forced-air cooling. Measuring 300 × 180 × 215 mm and weighing 7.1 kg, it provides a defined equipment footprint for charging-station integration.
Electrical integration uses an AS150U main charging connector and an MX34028-28P female balance connector. UAVCAN is the default smart battery communication protocol; DroneCAN is configurable, while RS485 is a custom option. The charger accepts 100–240V AC, but input voltage affects capacity: maximum output is 3000W at 220V and approximately 1500W at 110V. Single-channel operation supports a maximum 35A, while simultaneous charging supports up to 25A per channel. Available current also depends on battery voltage, battery condition and selected charging mode.
Operators can select Slow, Normal and Fast modes rated at 15A, 25A and 35A respectively. Automatic battery recognition initiates a countdown before charging starts. An LCD presents charging status and electrical information, complemented by Bluetooth and app controls and audible voice prompts. Protection functions cover short circuits, reverse polarity, reverse connection, over-charge and over-current. A top wireless charging area supports compatible mobile devices; UAV batteries connect through the dedicated charging and balance interfaces. Balance accuracy is specified as ±20mV.
