Product overview
The EV-PEAK A9 is a portable battery charger for applications spanning UAVs, FPV equipment, helicopters, large aircraft and other radio-controlled systems. Its compact physical format measures 148*167*78mm and weighs 1520g, providing a defined footprint for allocating charging space. A touchscreen handles charging-mode selection and parameter changes, while a monochrome LCD displays voltage, current and power. The unit accepts 15-32V DC input, making that input range a key requirement when selecting its power supply.
The A9 supports LiPo, LiFe, NiMH, NiCd and Pb batteries, with maximum charging ratings of 1350W and 25A. Discharging is rated separately at a maximum of 120W, and balance current is 400mA. Up to 20 charge/discharge memory files allow settings to be saved and recalled for repeated charging tasks. Individual battery status, voltage curves and internal-resistance graphs support monitoring for abnormal charging. Its operating features also include a safety timer and multiple protection systems.
