Product overview
The SkyRC PC1080neo-6S, product identifier SK-100220, is an industrial battery charger for UAV operations in agriculture, forestry, public safety and surveying. Its two-channel architecture combines an ARM Cortex-M3 processor and a color display in a 255 × 124.6 × 120 mm enclosure weighing 2.43 kg. It accepts 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and supports 6-cell LiPo and LiHV batteries. Total charging power is 1080 W, with each channel providing up to 540 W (±10%). Active power-factor correction supports conversion efficiency of up to 90%.
The 2.8-inch, 320 × 240 color display has a 65° physical tilt and shows voltage, current, capacity and charge percentage; internal resistance can also be viewed. Charging current spans 1.0–20.0 A in 1 A increments, while balancing current spans 200–1800 mA. Fast-charge, balance-charge and storage modes support battery preparation and storage management. A Type-C port enables updates through the free Charger Master application. The separately purchased G630neo charging manager expands each channel to six battery connections, supporting 12 batteries across both channels with sequential charging and automatic switching when a battery is full.
LiPo cutoff voltage is adjustable from 4.15–4.25 V/cell, defaulting to 4.20 V/cell; LiHV adjustment spans 4.25–4.50 V/cell, defaulting to 4.35 V/cell. Storage voltage is 3.90 V ±0.05 V/cell. High voltage can cause overheating or damage: before charging, confirm that the battery supports the selected range and always follow its manufacturer's safety guidance. Operating limits are 0–40°C and 0–75% humidity; storage limits are −10–70°C and 0–75% humidity. The charger includes short-circuit, reverse-polarity, overtemperature, capacity, time, undervoltage and overvoltage protection, plus a fire-resistant enclosure.
