Product overview

The YUSENSE AQ600 is a UAV camera payload for precision agriculture, forestry monitoring, river and lake ecology, and target recognition. Five 3.2 Mpx multispectral channels operate alongside a 12.3 Mpx RGB channel, with millisecond-level synchronization across all channels. Multispectral imaging uses global shutters and 12-bit quantization; RGB uses a rolling shutter and 8-bit quantization. Onboard processing provides real-time spectral inversion and video output. The standard spectral configuration spans 450, 555, 660, 720 and 840 nm, with separate RGB imaging.

An aluminum-alloy body houses all-glass lenses with large apertures, low distortion and broadband transmission, protected by a sapphire optical window. The main camera unit measures ≤80 mm × 80 mm × 80 mm and weighs ≤415 g, with an 8 × M3 mounting interface. Integration accommodates multiple small multirotor and fixed-wing UAV types through Gigabit Ethernet and TTL serial interfaces. Settings are accessible through a Wi-Fi web interface, Ethernet or UART. Power requirements are 12 V and ≤16 W at that voltage; alternative supply voltages require consultation with the manufacturer's sales staff.

The standard configuration includes a downwelling light sensor and 128G solid-state USB storage, with USB 3.1 storage supported up to 2T. Capture can use external, timed or overlap-ratio triggers. Photo mode operates at 1 Hz subject to actual storage read/write speed, while video mode operates at 20 Hz. Outputs include multispectral raw TIFF and reflectance JPEG, RGB JPEG and MP4 video; processing software comprises Map and Map Plus. Custom spectral combinations draw from 19 options with ±5 nm tolerance, with combination arrangements and costs requiring consultation with the manufacturer's sales staff.

At 120 m height, multispectral ground resolution is 5.28 cm over a 109 m × 82 m footprint; RGB resolution is 2.60 cm over 106 m × 79 m. These dimensions distinguish the coverage of the two imaging systems for acquisition planning. Operation requires an ambient temperature of 0°C to +45°C with relative airflow of at least 1 m/s. Environmental humidity must remain between 20% and 80% RH without condensation. The storage temperature range is −20°C to +55°C, and product certifications comprise CE, FCC and RoHS.
