Product overview

The BWSENSING BW-VG620E is a voltage-output dynamic inclination sensor for attitude measurement in unmanned aircraft, robotics, platform stabilization and other mobile machinery. Its physical package measures 104 × 62 × 50 mm, defining the space needed to accommodate the sensor within a larger system. Pitch measurement extends to ±90° and roll to ±180°. Dynamic accuracy is 0.05°, while static accuracy and resolution are each 0.01°, distinguishing its moving-platform measurement capability from its static specification.

Electrical integration uses a 12-36V DC supply, with 20-60mA operating current under no load. The interface provision combines RS485 communication at 9600 to 460800 baud with support for up to four analog output channels; startup delay is below 50ms. Signal processing includes nonlinearity and orthogonality compensation, bias tracking for drift elimination, and Kalman filtering. Operating temperature spans -40 to 85°C, with storage rated from -55 to 100°C. Shock resistance is 2000g for 0.5ms, three times per axis.
