Product overview
The ZKRT-RA10W measures an aircraft’s vertical separation from the ground and its distance from objects beneath it, providing height data for hovering, takeoff, landing and low-altitude operations. Its sensing architecture combines a highly integrated system-on-chip with FMCW radar and MIMO antenna processing across 76–81 GHz. The hardware is an altitude-sensing device for installation on a host aircraft, with four transmit and four receive antennas. Intended installation platforms include unmanned aircraft, helicopters and small airships.
Integration must accommodate a 136 × 88 × 19.66 mm unit weighing 163 g, with UART, RS485, RS232, RS422 and CAN communication interfaces for height and distance output.
