Product overview
The Kpower HC1510 is a servo component for fixed-wing and vertical take-off and landing drones, with additional applications in robot joints, intelligent grippers and medical equipment. Its construction combines a coreless motor, hardened heat-treated metal gears, a high-strength 6061 aluminium alloy body and dual output shaft ball bearing support. The low-profile design is described as 28mm high and 30% lower than standard torque servos; overall dimensions are 40.5x20x28.8mm. It weighs 60g (2.12oz), and its output spline is 25T Φ5.88mm.
The specified configuration combines PWM control, potentiometer position sensing and 180° travel. Customization is supported for travel angle, signal and protocol, and the IP42 protection rating. The supply range is 4.8-7.4V, with stall current of 4000mA at 7.4V. At that voltage, stall torque is 16kg·cm and no-load speed is 0.13sec/60°. Separate response characteristics include 0.11s/60° instantaneous response, a 3μs dead zone and backlash below 0.5° with metal gears. Operating temperature is -10 to 50°C, with -10°C low-temperature protection.
