The Kpower HB400T 400kg High Torque Brushless Servo is an actuator for drone, robot, industrial and logistics AGV applications. Its physical architecture combines a brushless motor, steel gearing and a high-strength 6061 aluminium alloy housing. Mechanical features include dual bearings and machined steel teeth, with a separate bearing specification of 6BB. A 360° non-contact magnetic encoder provides position sensing. For mechanical integration, the servo measures 100x51x79.8mm, weighs 790g and has a 25T Φ11.8mm spline, defining its installation envelope, mass and output interface.
Electrical integration uses a 24-32V supply, with CAN/CAN-open signalling and customization supported for the communication configuration. At 28 V, stall torque is 420kg·cm and stall current is 12000 mA; the no-load speed at the same voltage is 0.33sec/60°. These are distinct stall and no-load ratings. Travel is 360°, with customization supported. The ingress protection rating is IP42, also with customization supported, and the operating temperature range is -40–85°C. These electrical, mechanical and environmental parameters define the servo’s integration requirements.
