Product overview

The Kpower DHV840-W is a coreless servo for integration into RC equipment, drones, robots and robotic arms. Its physical architecture combines an aluminum-alloy case, metal gears with a titanium coating, a coreless motor, a 2BB bearing arrangement and potentiometer position sensing. The body measures 40x20x42.8mm and weighs 76g, while the output uses a 25T spline with a Φ5.88mm diameter. These dimensions and the spline specification define the principal packaging and mechanical connection requirements for incorporating the servo into an assembly.

The listed configuration uses PWM control and provides 180° travel, with customization supported for both. Customizable serial control supports TTL/RS485. The supply range is 4.8-7.4V; at 7.4V, stall torque is 40kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.18sec/60°, and stall current is 5200mA. Those torque, speed and current figures retain their distinct measurement conditions when sizing the mechanism and power supply. The servo has an IP67 waterproof rating, with customization supported, and an operating temperature range of -10 to 50°C.
