Product overview
The Kpower DMC810 is a micro servo for motion control in applications including drones, remote-control trucks, bionic toy machines, medical equipment and industrial automation. Its physical construction combines an aluminum-alloy case, metal gears, a coreless motor and a 2BB bearing configuration, with a potentiometer providing position sensing. The housing measures 23.2 × 12 × 26.6mm, and the output spline is specified as 25T Φ4.9. Although “9G” remains part of its model name, its specified weight is 26g, which is the relevant mass for installation planning.
Electrical integration uses PWM control and a 4.8–7.4V supply range. At 7.4V, the servo has a specified stall torque of 3kg·cm, a no-load speed of 0.03 seconds per 60° and a stall current of 2600 mA; these operating conditions distinguish the torque, speed and current figures. Travel is 180°, ingress protection is IP42, and the operating temperature range is -10–50°C. Customization is supported for travel angle, signal and protocol, and ingress protection.
