The Yifei Zhineng Eagle M4-140 is a quadrotor flight platform for forestry, firefighting, electric-power work and emergency operations. Its aviation-carbon-fiber structure has a 1430mm wheelbase, IP54 protection and Force 6 wind resistance. Empty aircraft weight is 20kg excluding the battery, while maximum payload and takeoff weight are 15kg and 45kg respectively. Maximum endurance is 65 minutes unloaded or 43 minutes with a 10kg payload. Operating temperature extends from -20°C to 50°C, and maximum takeoff altitude is 4000m above sea level.
The onboard EFUAV flight controller combines an STM32H7 processor with high-precision sensors. Its associated management system supports mission planning, swarm operations, multiple control terminals and SDK development. The remote controller provides 2.4/5.8GHz operation, a control distance of up to 40km, live HD transmission and AES encryption. Ground-station capabilities include dual-frequency positioning and dual communication links. Lost-link protection, automatic obstacle avoidance and altitude-hold obstacle avoidance complement these functions. Horizontal hovering accuracy is ±0.5m under good satellite positioning conditions; cruising speed is 12m/s and maximum horizontal speed is 20m/s.
The standard flight-platform package includes one Eagle M4-140 frame set, one remote controller, three 14S 40AH propulsion batteries and one charger. Propulsion equipment comprises four EF Motor motors and four EF Propeller propellers in CW/CCW configurations. Installation tools, a custom onboard wiring harness, a documentation set containing a certificate of conformity and user manual, and a custom packaging box complete the supplied equipment. The aircraft uses solid-state battery technology. Parameters can be customized, with the delivered configuration governed by the delivery contract.
