Product overview
The RAYI 36x18 CF FIXED PROP is a straight, integrated two-blade propeller for multi-rotor and fixed-wing drones. Its physical specification combines a 36-inch diameter, 18-inch pitch and approximately 195g weight. Construction uses 12K carbon-fiber cloth, with a matte surface intended to reduce glare, flight noise and friction. Clockwise and counterclockwise configurations are identified. This is a propulsion component for integration onto a motor, with customization options covering weight, strength, size and design, including OEM and ODM work.
Integration must account for the ≤40000g thrust limitation and the specified optimum RPM of ≤4300 r/min. Operating temperature is -40°C to +60°C, while the storage temperature specification is -10°C to +40°C. Separate storage guidance recommends 0–40°C at less than 80% humidity and protection from the listed hostile substances. Motor installation requires medium-strength or stronger anaerobic screw-locking adhesive. Propellers require inspection before flight, and any faulty propeller must be replaced before further use.
