Product overview
The RadioMaster T8L Radio Controller (M2) supports compact projects, simulator sessions, configuration testing and backup control. Its screenless body measures 165*120*70mm and weighs 204g, with removable gimbal sticks for transport. X5 Hall-effect nano gimbals use quad ball bearings, complemented by five-way trim buttons with LED and audible feedback. A rear potentiometer slider provides extra input or tuning, while LEDs indicate system status, battery level and calibration. The built-in SX1281 ExpressLRS module operates at 2.400GHz-2.480GHz, with adjustable transmission power from 10dBm(10mW) to a maximum 20dBm(100mW).
Integration includes USB simulator use and browser configuration through Chrome or Edge on a PC or Mac connected via USB-C. The web controls cover calibration, endpoints, reversing, channel mapping, Mode 1 / Mode 2, switch behavior and firmware updates. The firmware specification identifies a special, non-configurable T8L edition; channel support reaches up to 10 depending on the model/receiver. Built-in USB-C charging serves two 3.7v 18650 batteries, which are not included. The package contains one controller, one USB-C cable, four low tension gimbal springs and one user manual.
