Product overview
The RadioLink Byme-D is a flight-control component for model airplanes with mixed elevator/aileron controls, including delta wings, paper planes, SU27 and F22 models. Its sensing architecture combines a three-axis gyroscope and three-axis acceleration sensor with attitude and control algorithms and digital filtering. At 4.5g including wires, it accommodates small indoor model installations. Integration requires a receiver with SBUS or PPM output. CH1 connects the left servo, CH2 the right servo, and CH3 handles throttle with power supplied by the ESC BEC; CH4 is unassigned.
Three flight modes provide different levels of assistance. Stabilize Mode helps balance the aircraft for level-flight practice, while Gyro Mode assists stability without automatically leveling the aircraft. Manual Mode leaves flight movements to the pilot without algorithm or gyro assistance and requires advanced skills. Calibration uses both transmitter sticks moved to their outside corners without special parameter setting. A status/servo-phase indicator and servo-phase adjustment button support setup. The supplied package contains one controller, one receiver connection lead, double-sided adhesive tape and a packing bag.
