The QIHEHUI G3 TETHERED POWER SYSTEM provides tethered UAV power through a ground box, tether cable and onboard power supply. The 13Kg ground box measures 450x371x212.5mm. Its input range is 190--240VAC, with single-phase 220VAC supply specified at 50/60Hz. DC output spans 200--750VDC, with a default factory setting of 750VDC; rated power is 3.5KW and peak power is 4KW. A touchscreen presents voltage, current, power, temperature, cable status and working status. Standard cable lengths are 55/110/160m, with custom lengths available upon request.
Aircraft integration uses a 2KW onboard supply measuring 92/52/29.5mm and weighing 460g, or a 3KW supply measuring 145/92/47mm and weighing 960g. The corresponding takeoff weight ranges are 5--10Kg and 10--15Kg. Both configurations accept 600--810VDC and provide 25.2/50VDC output. External leads and pre-drilled M3 threaded holes provide electrical and mounting connections, with custom interfaces and mounting options available upon request. The tether cable has a 2.5mm diameter, weighs 11.2g/m and carries a specified current of 5A. Its construction combines a silver-plated steel wire conductor, fluoroplastic and Teflon insulation, and Kevlar braid.
