The G300-FC100 from Nanjing Feiying Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd is a tethered power system compatible with the DJI FC100. Its regulated onboard power unit replaces one drone battery without requiring structural changes to the aircraft. Supported flight duration is at least 24 hours, with supported flight altitudes of at least 200 or 300 m using respective 220 or 330 m tether cables, allowing a reserved safety margin. Optional payloads include an aerial suspension system, gimbal-mounted camera, floodlight, spotlight and loudspeaker, enabling configurations for observation, lighting and public announcements.
The tether box automatically deploys and retrieves cable in coordination with aircraft takeoff and landing, using adaptive tension control and orderly cable spooling. These cable-handling functions require no manual operation of the tether box during takeoff and landing, while backup power allows cable retrieval if power is lost. Wired, Bluetooth and digital telemetry communication support remote monitoring and control, plus client-side data viewing and downloading. Adjustable parameters include tension, speed and voltage, and the interface supports multiple languages.
System monitoring displays voltage, current, power, temperature, deployed cable length, operating duration and energy consumption. Protection features separate high-voltage and low-voltage circuits and provide input and output protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits and overheating. Detected faults trigger screen messages and a loud buzzer. The equipment measures 560 × 440 × 520 mm, uses 6061-T6 material and has a gray-gold finish. An included transport case accommodates the tether box and onboard components.
