V128 EVTOL UAV Drone Motor

By MAD Components ↗

The MAD V128 EVTOL UAV Drone Motor is a 1910g propulsion component for heavy-payload, long-endurance UAV applications. Designated MAD V128 IPE V2.0, it offers three KV options and defined mounting interfaces. Two 50KV integration configurations specify propeller, ESC and battery combinations; coaxial configurations should account for a 25% total thrust loss.

Product overview

The MAD V128 EVTOL UAV Drone Motor is a propulsion component for heavy-payload, long-endurance UAV applications, including surveying, logistics and agriculture. Its motor designation is MAD V128 IPE V2.0, with 50KV, 65KV and 45KV options and optional ENCR electronic control. The 1910g motor measures D:145 × 59 mm. Its construction incorporates an anticorrosive stator, 19 pole pairs, two 6904ZZ bearings and centrifugal heat dissipation. Protection is rated IP35, while the varnished wire and magnet temperature ratings are 220°C and 180°C respectively.

Mechanical integration uses D:50 M6×4 motor mounting holes, D:24 M4×4 and D:30 M5×4 propeller interfaces, and 150 mm extended enameled wires. Two 50KV solution configurations pair a Fluxer VTOL 40x13.1 or 42x14 propeller with a MAD AMPX 200A(12-24S) ESC. Both specify LiPo power at 24S(4.3V/S)/84-104V, thrust of 20kg ~ 27kg per motor, and an 80kg recommended four-axis takeoff weight. Maximum thrust is up to 62kg per rotor, with continuous thrust of 20-27kg. For coaxial configurations, a total thrust loss of 25% should be considered.
