The MAD 8112 IPE Silver Drone Motor is designed for industrial UAV propulsion, including precision aerial mapping and survey applications. The MAD 8112 IPE V1.0 silver configuration supports 12S voltage systems, with 100KV and custom KV options. Its electromagnetic architecture uses a 36N40P multi-slot, multipole arrangement with 20 pole pairs. A built-in cooling fan accelerates airflow, while the silver housing improves heat dissipation in high-temperature environments. The design targets prolonged industrial workloads and is 5% lighter than typical 81-series motors.
Mechanical integration centers on a D:88.6 × 32.5 mm motor body, D:40 M4×4 motor mounting holes, and propeller mounting patterns of D:20 M3×4 and D:23 M4×4. The motor has two 6902ZZ bearings and a 150 mm black 16# AWG silicone cable. Its anticorrosive stator accompanies varnished wire graded at 180°C and magnets graded at 150°C. Other specifications include IP35 protection, centrifugal heat dissipation, rotor balance of ≤10 mg, motor balance of ≤20 mg, and a 500 V disruptive test rating.
