Product overview
The LiTrue UAV-JP228L supplies electrical power for agricultural UAVs, including crop sprayers, plant-protection aircraft, and seeding or spreading drones. Its hardware configuration is a 1P14S NMC battery pack with 28 Ah capacity, 51.8 V nominal voltage and 1.45 kWh nominal energy. The fully sealed, IP65-rated pack measures 172 × 110 × 286 mm and weighs 10 kg, establishing the space and mass required for integration. An integrated CAN-bus battery management system provides communication and protection against overcharge, over-discharge and over-current.
Electrical integration requires a UAV system matched to the 42–60.9 V operating range, including its flight controller, ESCs, charger and low-voltage protection settings. Continuous discharge is rated at 140 A; the 280 A peak applies for 10 seconds at 25°C and requires appropriately sized aircraft wiring, ESCs, motors and cooling. Charging permits 56 A continuously or 84 A for 30 seconds at 25°C. Charging temperature is limited to 0°C through +55°C, while discharge operation spans -40°C to +60°C. Field protection also depends on the UAV enclosure and connector sealing.
