Product overview
The TINTEC LP4A supplies continuous ground-based power to a compatible industrial UAV for prolonged hovering and observation over a defined area. Applications include emergency-response observation, engineering supervision and industrial monitoring. The system combines a ground station, an airborne power module and a 55m tether with automatic retraction. Ground-station output and airborne output are each 1000W. Continuous operation requires suitable ground power to remain available and use within approved operating conditions; actual mission duration depends on the UAV platform, payload, environment and project procedure.
The airborne module measures ≤100 × 80 × 40 mm and weighs ≤200g, establishing size and mass requirements for aircraft integration. Compatibility also depends on the UAV’s power architecture, airborne interface, mounting arrangement and approved operating limits. The ground station has a foldable, wheeled structure and a dual-side expandable bracket platform for compatible accessories and project-specific equipment. It measures ≤800 × 420 × 450 mm with the bracket extended and ≤680 × 420 × 450 mm folded, with weight including cable of ≤10kg.
Included equipment comprises a COB emergency light, red-and-blue warning lights, earth spikes, a power-failure alarm and automatic fault alerts. Interfaces are WiFi, LAN, HDMI, USB-A, Type-C and TF/SD, and the operating temperature range is -20°C to +50°C. The tether determines practical operating height and working radius, making LP4A best suited to controlled hovering, fixed-point observation and temporary monitoring rather than long-range survey, mapping or patrol. The expandable ground-station platform provides space for compatible operating accessories and project-specific equipment.
