Product overview
The Kpower DHV813 is a compact servo for fixed-wing drones, RC model aircraft and other motion-control applications, including industrial automation and medical equipment. Its physical architecture combines an aluminum-alloy housing, a coreless motor, metal gearing and potentiometer position sensing. The body measures 30x10x35mm and weighs 29g (1.02oz), providing a defined envelope for installations with limited space. Its 10mm thickness is central to the flat format, while the output interface uses a 25T spline with a Φ4.93mm diameter.
The specified configuration uses PWM control, 180° travel and a 2BB bearing arrangement, with ball bearings supporting the output shaft. Machined steel teeth have backlash below 0.5°, and the control dead zone is 3μs. Electrical integration requires a 4.8-8.4V supply; at 7.4V, stall torque is 9kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.09sec/60° and stall current is 2500mA. Static current is 6mA. Operating limits include IP42 ingress protection and a -10 to 50°C temperature range. Customization is supported for travel, signal/protocol and ingress protection.
