Product overview
The Kpower DHV2015 is a coreless servo for controlled mechanical movement in applications including drone drop mechanisms, desktop robotic arms, industrial automation and smart coffee machines. Its physical architecture combines a coreless motor, machined metal gears and a CNC-machined aluminium alloy housing. The specified configuration includes 2BB bearings and a potentiometer for position sensing. With dimensions of 39.5x20x37.7mm and a weight of 60g (2.12oz), it provides a defined component envelope for integration into a larger mechanism.
Mechanical integration uses a 24T output spline with a diameter of Φ5.95mm, while the electrical interface uses PWM and a 4.8-8.4V supply. Travel is 180°, with customization supported for travel angle, signal and protocol, and ingress protection. The servo has a 15kg·cm stall torque and a 3200mA stall current; its 0.10sec/60° speed applies at no load. Operating limits include an IP54 protection rating and a -40～85°C temperature range.
