Product overview
The Kpower DHV300 30kg Semi-Aluminum Hollow Cup High-Torque Servo is a digital actuator intended for applications including inspection drones, service robots, RC car models and medical equipment. Its architecture combines a coreless motor, metal gearing, potentiometer position sensing and a 2BB bearing configuration. The enclosure uses an aluminum middle section with nylon-reinforced plastic top and bottom sections, while the gear material is identified as titanium alloy. This configuration packages the drive and position feedback within a standard servo.
Integration requires space for a 40x20x39mm body and allowance for its 65g weight, with a 25T Φ5.9mm spline providing the mechanical output interface. The specified electrical range is 4.8-7.4V. At 7.4 V, stall torque is 35kg·cm, no-load speed is 0.15sec/60°, and stall current is 5500 mA. The listed configuration provides 180° travel, PWM control and IP42 protection, with customization supported for those three attributes. Its operating temperature range is -10–50°C.
