The JIYI K++V2 Agriculture Flight Controller is a fourth-generation flight control system for plant protection drones. It supports autonomous route operations, ABT operation, precision spraying and dual water pump control, alongside attitude and GPS flight modes. Its software functions include KML file import, log storage, equipment management and three-dimensional routes, with RTK required for three-dimensional routing. Supported aircraft configurations include quadcopters in + and X layouts; hexacopters in +, X and Y coaxial twin-propeller layouts; and octocopters in +, X and V layouts.
The control architecture combines dual CPUs, three redundant IMUs and two redundant barometers. During flight, diagnostic algorithms monitor navigation sensor data and switch to another sensor set when an abnormality is detected. A double shock-absorbing structure addresses vibration, while real-time vibration analysis provides warnings through the app. The controller also supports a backup power connection. Protection functions include low-voltage protection, spray-liquid depletion protection, geofencing, landing lock and protection for vibration and loss of satellite positioning.
The K++V2 supports 2–12S LiPo batteries, consumes less than 5 W and provides up to eight output channels. Receiver compatibility covers PPM and S-BUS. Expansion options include RTK, obstacle avoidance and terrain-following radar, an FPV camera, binocular vision sensors, flow meters and liquid level meters. The PWM ESC specification requires operation below 490 Hz, although a separate feature claim gives support for up to 1000 Hz ESC control.
Specified hover accuracy is ±1.5 m horizontally and ±0.5 m vertically, with a maximum tilt angle of 30 degrees, yaw speed of 150 degrees per second and vertical speed of 6 m/s. Wind resistance is rated for continuous level 4 wind and level 5 gusts, and the operating temperature range is -10 to 60°C. Total net weight is 321 g. The flight controller measures 72.6 × 48.0 × 22.8 mm; the PMU and PMU2 (UPS) each measure 53.4 × 34.4 × 14.5 mm. GPS and LED module dimensions are 62.0 mm diameter × 14.3 mm and 24.0 × 24.0 × 8.0 mm, respectively.
