Aerofuture’s Xiaoqiu Huixun S300 is an indoor inspection drone for GPS-denied environments, including mine stopes, ore passes, ship cargo holds, storage tanks and boilers. Its architecture encloses the aircraft in a 360° carbon-fibre collision cage that permits contact with walls, pipes and structures during flight. Overall dimensions are 365*352*200mm. Dual-sensing laser-SLAM supports navigation and centimetre-level real-time point-cloud mapping without GPS, allowing the aircraft to document enclosed inspection spaces. Flight modes include SLAM and ATTI-Posture modes.
The onboard inspection equipment combines a 4K camera, 1080P live image transmission and 40 high-efficiency LEDs with up to 10K lumens of illumination. The camera has a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor and F1.8 aperture. Thermal, LiDAR and gas payloads are optional; an SDK and report export are available. Weight is 1190g empty or 1820g with battery, and battery capacity is 6500mAh. Flight time is 15 minutes in hover. Maximum ascent speed is 1m/s in either flight mode, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 50°C.
