The Aero Future AG-60 is a forest firefighting drone built as emergency-response equipment for heavy, long-duration tasks. Its hybrid power system coordinates fuel and electric drive. This gives it high load capacity, long endurance and reliability, and lets it overcome the flight-time limits of conventional electric drones. Intended missions include emergency supply delivery, long-duration monitoring over wide areas and firefighting. The aircraft weighs 67 kg empty, including its battery but without fuel. Its maximum payload is 66 kg. Fuel is carried in a 22 L tank. Flight speed is 20 m/s, and the aircraft is rated to withstand level 6 winds.
The airframe has a 2600 mm wheelbase. A high-power fuel engine works with six electric motors to handle heavy-lift tasks. The hybrid system manages fuel injection, engine layout and fuel quantity to keep the aircraft efficient and stable during long, high-load flights. Flight control includes precise trajectory control, altitude and speed regulation, and protection against propeller breakage. A BeiDou positioning system provides accurate positioning for firefighting work. For firefighting, the AG-60 can carry water-based, dry-powder and other types of extinguishing equipment.
Endurance depends on load. The AG-60 flies for 105 minutes with no payload and 80 minutes with a 30 kg payload. Its operating radius is 8 km, measured as the actual outbound flight distance from the takeoff point. In firefighting use, it is rated to put out solid, forest, liquid, electrical and kitchen fires, which fall under fire classes A, B, E and F. It does so without toxic effects or pollution.
