The HongFei HGS T60 is an agricultural flight platform for pesticide spraying and fertilizer spreading on crops including rice, wheat, corn, cotton and fruit trees. Its carbon-fiber structure has a 2300mm diagonal wheelbase and measures 2300mm*2300mm*1350mm unfolded, reducing to 1050mm*1080mm*1350mm when folded. Aircraft weight and payload are each 60KG, with a maximum takeoff weight of 120KG. Its equipment includes a Microtek V7-AG flight controller and Hobbywing X9 MAX High Voltage Version propulsion system. Transport packaging is an aluminum box.
The oil-electric hybrid power system combines a Zongshen 340CC / 16KW engine with a 100V operating voltage. Fuel tank capacity is 8L, with other specifications customizable, and the engine fuel specification is gas-electric hybrid oil at 1:40. Flight time is approximately one hour, flight speed is 10m/s, and maximum wind resistance is rated at 8m/s. Pressure spraying uses a 7KG water pump pressure, 5L/min flow and 10m spray width, with operational coverage of 20ha/hour.
Standard configuration includes Android / PC ground-station support, voice broadcasts, automatic flight with A/B point operation, one-button takeoff and landing, and dual-pump mode. Liquid and battery detection support automatic return when liquid runs out or the battery is low; recorded interruption points support spray resumption. Height-control radar, terrain-following support and flight-layout settings are also standard. Enhanced configurations provide terrain-responsive ascent and descent, obstacle detection and avoidance, camera recording with real-time transmission, an additional seed spreader and RTK precise positioning.
