Product overview
The EFT Z80 combines spraying, spreading and lifting functions in an agricultural flight platform. Its aluminum truss frame supports a modular arrangement, with snap-fit releases for changing landing gears between applications. The propulsion system uses 63-inch propellers, cooling motors and injection-molded motor bases, while a 500A distribution board uses bolted connections. This architecture provides integration through interchangeable working equipment and landing gears. The maximum takeoff weight is 149.9 KG; that figure describes the complete aircraft at takeoff rather than a lifting payload allowance.
The spraying configuration combines an 80 L tank, dual flexible-impeller pumps and four centrifugal nozzles. Internal tank baffles reduce liquid movement, and folding spray booms make the assembly more compact for storage and transport. Spray output is 36 L/min, with a 5-10 m effective width and 50-500 μm droplets. For spreading, a 120 L tank has two filling openings and interchangeable augers. Maximum output reaches 400 kg/min with compound fertilizer, although fertilizer type and density affect flow. The motor, auger and spreading disc modules can be removed individually for maintenance.
The lifting system incorporates weighing, shock absorbers and a one-touch emergency release intended to free the aircraft from entanglement. EFT 4.0 Flight Assistant provides automatic recognition of spray, spread and lift modes, smart route planning, KML import and fault alerts. A virtual gimbal provides a wide, stable view. Predictive terrain radars are optional equipment, with automatic slope ascent limited to terraces under 30° slope and 3 m height. Material handling also depends on auger selection: the large auger accepts 0.5–10 mm granules, while the medium auger accepts 4–6 mm granules.
