The Hongfei HGS T16 Assembly Drone combines agricultural spraying and sowing functions in a modular, folding flight platform. Its operation-box interface accommodates different capacities, while the spraying arrangement uses a 16-liter rotomolded anti-vibration tank. Aluminum-alloy body construction and an injection-molded ABS shell provide the physical enclosure, finished with piano-baked paint. The body carries an IP67 protection rating and supports full-body washing. Dimensions reduce from 1700mm*1700mm*750mm unfolded to 870mm*870mm*750mm folded, and packing uses a flight case.
The specified equipment combines Microtek V7-AG flight control, Hobbywing X8 propulsion and pressure spraying with double pump mode. Front and rear FPV cameras, omnidirectional obstacle-avoidance radar and microwave altitude radar support environmental sensing and terrain-following operation. Control is available through a cell phone or intelligent remote controller. Payload is 16KG, with a maximum takeoff weight of 38KG. Flight duration depends on tank loading: 20-25min with an empty tank and 12-14min with a full tank. Configurable return functions respond to depleted spray liquid or low power.
