The Hongfei Professional 22L Intelligent Control Folding Orchard Autonomous Spraying Agricultural Drone is an agricultural flight platform for orchard pesticide application, also identified as HBR T22-M. Its mist equipment serves fruit trees and other cash crops. The M5 intelligent mist machine uses high-temperature, high-pressure airflow from a pulse jet engine to atomize liquid at the nozzle. The process generates mist through steam rather than directly heating the treatment liquid, and the sprayed particles measure less than 50 microns.
The folding structure combines aerospace carbon fiber and aerospace aluminum, with 7075 aviation aluminum specified for the structure. Flight control integrates inertial and satellite navigation sensors, with GPS positioning, autonomous flight and terrain following. Plot mode supports 128 waypoints and settings for height, speed, obstacle avoidance mode and flight path. Edge-sweeping mode provides boundary spraying with a selectable number of circuits. Fruit tree mode supports hovering, rotation and waypoint spraying, with height adjustment during fixed-point or slope operation. Teams can share and edit planned plots through the cloud; viewing other users' uploaded plots within five kilometers requires positioning to be enabled.
