The Pixhawk Jetson Baseboard page identifies this external UBEC for applications above 4S. It can provide redundancy and easier replacement after BEC failure.
The UBEC specification lists a 3–14S input through an XT30 connector. Listed output voltages are 6.0V, 7.2V, 8.0V and 9.2V, with 7.2V recommended when supplying the Jetson board.
The listed output-current ratings are 12A continuous and 24A burst.
The accompanying wiring guidance warns against powering the Jetson module directly from a battery.
