The HOBBYWING XRotor Micro BLHeli-s 30A DShot600 is an electronic speed controller intended for competition FPV drones, with applications specified as 150-280mm FPVs. Its 23.8x14.5x5.8mm body and 6g weight with wires provide a compact integration envelope. The electronics combine an EMF8BB21F16G MCU operating at up to 48MHz, Fairchild MOSFETs, a 3-in-1 drive IC and ceramic capacitors on a four-layer PCB construction with 3-ounce copper. Supplied power input wiring consists of one red and one black 18AWG lead, each 100mm long; motor outputs use solder tabs without wires, and neither input nor output connectors are supplied.
Electrical integration is bounded by a 30A continuous rating, 40A peak rating and 2-4S LiPo input, with no BEC output. Control options include DShot150/300/600, regular PWM, Oneshot125, Oneshot42 and Multishot. BLHeli-S A-H-50 16.5 firmware supports stick programming and BLHeliSuite, while firmware updates pass through the ESC signal cable. Programming four ESCs simultaneously requires BLHeliSuite connected through a flight controller running CleanFlight or betaflight. Hardware-generated motor PWM accompanies Damped Light regenerative braking and active freewheeling, while a twisted-pair throttle signal cable addresses interference during signal transmission.
