The HOBBYWING XRotor Micro 40A(20x20) 6S 4in1 ESC integrates four motor-control channels for 100-300mm FPV aircraft. It accepts 3-6S LiPo input, with continuous and peak ratings of 40Ax4 and 60Ax4 respectively. Its 20x20mm integration format accompanies an overall size of 40x33x5mm and a weight of 12g, providing a compact component for an electronics stack. A 32-bit ARM processor capable of 48MHz runs BLHeli-32 firmware, while an integrated monitoring module lets the flight controller track battery voltage and current in real time.
The supplied connection arrangement comprises red and black 14AWG input leads, each 100mm long, and an enclosed XT60 plug. Motor connections use solder tabs without output wires or output connectors, and the ESC has no BEC output. Soft mounts provide vibration isolation for the flight controller. Control options include regular PWM, Oneshot125, Oneshot42, MultiShot and DShot150/300/600/1200. BLHeliSuite32 supports programming, with stick programming, throttle calibration, timing and motor rotation adjustments also supported. Hardware-generated motor PWM and Damped Light provide motor control with regenerative braking and active freewheeling.
