The GEPRC TAKER F405 BLS 80A 8S STACK combines a GEP-F405-8S flight controller with a TAKER H80_8S_BLS 80A four-in-one ESC for UAV control and motor power management. It is an electronics assembly for integration into an aircraft, rather than a complete flight platform or airframe kit. The controller uses an STM32F405 MCU and an ICM42688-P IMU connected over SPI, with 16M onboard black box storage. Product options cover the complete stack, flight controller and ESC.
Installation space must accommodate the controller’s 37x37mm board and the larger 56.3*61.1mm ESC. Both use a 30.5×30.5mm mounting pattern, with φ4mm holes reduced to φ3mm when the silicone isolation inserts are fitted. The controller weighs 8.3g and the ESC 28.3g. Integration interfaces include six UARTs, M1-M8 motor outputs, Type-C USB and a direct DJI Air Unit connection. Dual BEC outputs supply 5V@3A and 12V@3A, alongside an integrated LC power filter and an AT7456E-based BetaFlight OSD.
Both boards accept 3-8S LiPo input. The ESC specifies 80A continuous current and an 85A burst limited to five seconds, with Dshot 150/300/600 support and an ammeter function. The stack package includes both boards, a Dual 50V 2200uF filter board, DJI and peripheral connection cables, an XT90 battery plug and a 10AWG 240mm power cable. Supplied mounting hardware comprises M3*30 and M3*25 screws, M3 nylon nuts and silicone anti-shake pads, supporting assembly of the electronics into the selected aircraft.
