The GEPRC GEP-CT30 O3 Frame provides an airframe for assembling an O3 Air Unit-equipped UAV for flight filming. Its structure combines a 3.0mm main plate, 1.5mm bottom plate and 2.0mm isolation plate with a one-piece, injection-molded 3 inch propeller guard. PC +PET molding material and a 7075-T aluminum alloy camera bracket and fuselage column form part of the physical architecture. Removing six screws provides access for component upgrades or replacement.
Integration provisions include a 25.5mm x 25.5mm AIO flight controller mounting pattern, two video transmitter mounting patterns and 20mm FPV camera spacing. The 12mm x 12mm motor mounts accommodate 15-18-20 series motors, with 3 inch propellers specified for the frame. A TPU soft mount addresses resonance at the O3 camera, while the gimbal damping structure is intended to reduce high-frequency jitter and jello. The frame also supports action-camera mounting, including a supplied naked GP camera base mount.
