The Flash Hobby CLS1227RP 11KG CLS Servo V1 is a micro servo for mechanical control in airplanes, 450-class helicopter tails and swashplates, and the listed RC vehicle applications. Its architecture combines a coreless motor, high-precision steel gearing and a dual ball bearing supported output shaft inside a CNC AL6061 aluminum case. Digital control uses a programmable PWM amplifier and a 32-bit MCU. The output has a 25-tooth spline, providing a specific mechanical interface for the linkage hardware.
Integration must accommodate a 23 × 12.6 × 27.0 mm body, a 180 mm connector wire with JR plug, and a stated mass of 20 g ±10 g without the servo horn. The operating supply range is 6.0–8.4 V DC. Speed and stall torque depend on voltage: the stated figures progress from 0.106 sec/60° and 8.0 kg-cm at 6.0 V to 0.074 sec/60° and 11.0 kg-cm at 8.4 V.
