The Flash Hobby BLS2927MED 27KG BLS Servo is a programmable low-profile servo for RC applications, including airplanes, boats, robots and 1/10 or 1/12 on-road, touring and drifting vehicles. Its construction combines a brushless motor, high-precision steel gears, dual ball bearings and a 25-tooth output spline within a CNC AL6061 aluminum case. The body measures 40x20x29.5mm and weighs 71g±5g without the servo horn. Its connection lead is 300MM long and terminates in a JR plug. The case has water-resistant and waterproof construction.
Digital PWM control uses a 32-bit MCU and a 14-bit magnetic encoder, with an operating range of 6.0 ~ 8.4 Volts DC. Speed and stall torque depend on supply voltage: at 6.0V they are 0.058sec/60° and 20.0kg-cm/277 oz-in; at 7.4V, 0.035sec/60° and 23.0kg-cm/319 oz-in; and at 8.4V, 0.03sec/60° and 27.0kg-cm/375 oz-in. Programmable functions cover endpoints, direction, fail safe, dead band, slower speed, soft start rate and overload protection, together with data save/load and program reset.
