Product overview

The DJI Matrice 4 Series Intelligent Flight Battery provides flight power for the DJI Matrice 4E and Matrice 4T. The Matrice 4E supports accurate mapping when RTK is activated, while the Matrice 4T offers thermal and nighttime imaging; equipping the Matrice 4T with RTK does not guarantee final mapping precision. The battery can operate from -10 °C to 40 °C and has no self-heating function. Low temperatures shorten battery endurance, so flight planning must account for reduced runtime.

The battery requires a DJI Matrice 4 Series charging hub and cannot be charged onboard the aircraft. With the standard 100 W hub and DJI 100 W Portable Charger, charging one battery takes approximately 78 minutes to reach 100% in Standard mode or approximately 60 minutes to reach 90% in Ready-to-Fly mode. Both modes charge batteries sequentially. Standard mode fully charges each battery, while Ready-to-Fly mode maintains batteries at 90% for rapid deployment.

With the 200 W hub and DJI 240 W Portable Charger, model CDX230-240, one battery takes approximately 55 minutes to reach 100% in Standard mode or approximately 40 minutes to reach 90% in Ready-to-Fly mode. The 200 W hub is compatible only with that charger or DJI Power 1000 and requires the supplied dedicated SDC cable. Its USB-C port supports configuration and firmware updates but cannot charge batteries. The 200 W hub is not sold in certain countries or regions, limiting the charging configurations available there.
