The CZI MP140/MP140C is a drone-mounted broadcasting and acoustic dispersal payload incorporating a miniature camera. Its 225 × 273 × 225 mm body weighs 2.7 kg and combines a loudspeaker with a 1080P Full HD camera providing a 120° field of view. Pitch adjustment spans 0–80°. The equipment features a handheld microphone with a color screen, efficient heat dissipation and a three-protection design. Broadcast functions include text-to-speech, live announcements, looped recordings and playback of audio files held in internal memory.
For aircraft integration, the MP140/MP140C uses DJI SkyPort V2.0 with the DJI M300 RTK, while a CZI quick-release adapter ring provides a connection option for drones from other brands. Communications combine a DJI drone link with an LTE network link. The payload has a rated voltage of 24 V and maximum power of 150 W, with an operating temperature range of −15°C to +40°C. Effective broadcast distance is 1000 m; sound pressure reaches up to 140 dB, and up to 120 dB at 10 m.
