Product overview
The CZI GL300 is a UAV-mounted lighting payload built around seven LEDs and a three-axis rotating gimbal. Its lens-based optical system uses no reflector bowl and provides uniform illumination without secondary light spots. The assembly weighs 1.17kg and measures 190 × 128 × 165 mm, defining its physical integration envelope. A 45° field of view supports area lighting, while gimbal movement allows the illumination direction to be adjusted for different viewing angles.
The GL300 uses a DJI SkyPort V2.0 electrical interface, fits the DJI M300 RTK and supports DJI Pilot. An optional CZI universal quick-release interface extends mounting options to additional industrial UAVs. Electrical requirements are 48V and 310W total power, including 300W for the LEDs, with luminous flux of 21000lm±3%. Tethered power enables more than 10 hours of stationary illumination; emergency battery power also supports search lighting. The extended illumination duration specifically depends on the tethered-power configuration.
