Product overview
The CUAV PMU 2 Lite Power Manager Unit is a power management component for unmanned systems from CUAV Tech Inc., Ltd. It accepts a 20V to 70V input and measures current up to 220A, with specified measurement accuracy of ±0.1A for current and ±0.05V for voltage. The unit runs CUAV's self-developed M4C software architecture and includes overcurrent warning protection. Factory calibration and temperature compensation support its role in monitoring voltage and current within the vehicle's electrical system.
PMU 2 Lite is supplied as standard with the CUAV X25 SUPER controller and connects through its CAN power interface. In this configuration, it converts the 20V to 70V input to a 15V supply for the controller. This distinction matters because the X25 SUPER POWER C1 and POWER C2 inputs accept only 10V to 18V and do not support 5V input. With the standard PMU 2 Lite connection, the ArduPilot and PX4 configurations require no controller parameter changes for initial power-module operation.
