Product overview
The Doosan DM15 is a compact, integrated hydrogen fuel cell system for installation in fixed-wing and hybrid-wing UAVs, robots and other mobile equipment. It provides 1250W rated power at 50 ± 2V. Its 275 × 260 × 170mm enclosure and 3kg weight, excluding the hydrogen cylinder, define the module’s installation footprint and mass contribution. The supplied product is a power system, with the hydrogen container excluded from purchase. DJ25 is identified as an application example.
Thermal management combines low- and high-temperature control algorithms with a built-in 140mm fan and heater, allowing hydrogen supply and cooling to operate simultaneously. A DC-DC converter addresses voltage fluctuations during fuel cell load changes; during overload, battery discharge controls output to protect the UAV from 60V high voltage. Recommended operating and storage conditions are 0–40°C and RH 30–95%. Hydrogen purity is specified as 99.99%, with consumption of 14NLPM at rated power consumption. Warranty coverage is 1000 hours or one year, whichever comes first, within the operating temperature and humidity ranges.
