The CADDX Ratel Pro is an analog FPV camera intended for mainstream FPV and freestyle installations. Its imaging assembly combines a 1/1.8-inch sensor, a 5Mega lens and 1500TVL horizontal resolution. The lens provides a fixed 125° diagonal field of view. Super WDR (HDR) balances exposure between highlights and shadows, while a minimum illumination of 0.00001 lux addresses extremely low-light operation. Auto, Color, B&W and EXT scene modes let the operator select image presentation for different flying environments.
The camera measures 19mm × 19mm and accepts DC 4.5–27V input, with power consumption below 1W. Its 9.5g weight is identified as the heaviest among the compared cameras. The power design supports direct connection to 1S–6S battery systems without a BEC. Video format is switchable between NTSC and PAL, and image aspect ratio is switchable between 16:9 and 4:3. These selectable output settings accompany a lens whose 125° field of view is fixed.
The supplied camera package contains one camera, one OSD menu board, one 2-pin silicone cable, one 3-pin silicone cable, a 1.5mm hex key and a warranty card. The onboard OSD supports direct adjustment through the remote controller without additional equipment. Configurable parameters include exposure, white balance, image enhancement and video standard. Multilingual menu display supports configuration, and factory settings can be saved and restored. This supplied configuration provides the camera and its listed accessories for integration into an FPV installation.
