Product overview
The Bytech Technology Co., Ltd. LM mini5 is a drone-mounted laser methane telemetry system for inspecting residential gas installations, chemical facilities, rooftop and field pipelines, bridge-crossing pipelines and storage tanks. Its hardware centers on a laser methane detection module with remotely adjustable pitch. The host measures 67*79*86mm and weighs 174g±5g. A metal host, an additional aluminum-alloy material specification, active cooling and quick-release installation define its physical construction. Integration uses a Type-C port and drone-supplied power, with support specified for DJI Matrice 4/4D and DJI Mavic 3 industry series aircraft.
The detector provides 5ppm·m sensitivity over a 0-100000ppm·m concentration range. Its 80m telemetry distance is qualified by light intensity. Remote sensor pitch adjustment spans +30° to -30°, with mechanical stops at -35° to 35°. The remote-control app displays methane measurements and records over-limit alarms. The BY.TECH GALAXY cloud platform receives scene images and detection data, records inspection tracks and alarm events, and automatically generates inspection reports. Manual and automatic inspection rounds are supported. Environmental specifications include IP54 protection, operation from -35℃ to 60℃, working pressure of 40 to 160 kPa and 10% to 95% relative humidity.
