Product overview
The BWSENSING BW-MINS325 is a compact inertial navigation component for integration into unmanned aircraft, robotic systems and other mobile platforms. Its packaged architecture incorporates gyroscope and accelerometer functions, with CAN output for connection to the host system. The enclosure measures 60 mm long, 59 mm wide and 29 mm high, defining the physical space needed for the unit. Electrical integration requires a 9–36 V DC supply, while temperature compensation accompanies its specified operating range of -40°C to +85°C.
Attitude performance distinguishes 0.3° dynamic accuracy from 0.01° static accuracy, with pitch measurement extending to ±90° and roll to ±180°. Heading retention is specified as 0.1° over 60 seconds. Kalman filtering and a dedicated bias-tracking algorithm support its inertial processing. The accelerometer covers ±1.8 g on each of three axes; its bias-stability figures apply at 25°C and differ with the stated measurement interval. The product configuration is a packaged sensing unit for host-platform integration, with applications also encompassing marine vehicles and platform stabilization.
