ZHEJIANG GBI INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT INC

Company overview

ZHEJIANG GBI INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT INC develops and manufactures intelligent equipment centered on drones, with tethered lighting systems as a principal hardware focus. Based in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, the company has branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou. It grew out of Hangyi Electric, founded in 1992, began focusing on drone projects in 2015 and was formally established in May 2018. Its development approach combines small tethered aircraft, equipment for specific industry applications and backend artificial intelligence processing, with aerial lighting providing a concrete civilian application.

The GBI-K04LVS combines an ultra-compact tethered drone with a smart hangar and a 150 W LED light delivering 20,000 lumens. At a hovering altitude of 10 meters, its stated illumination coverage ranges from 1,200 to 12,000 square meters. The system supports RTK centimeter-level positioning, remote control and fully autonomous operation, with fixed, vehicle-mounted and ship-borne deployment options. It also has wind and rain resistance. Its specified dimensions are 665 × 475 × 269 mm.

The GBI-G7L is a portable tethered lighting drone system for complex outdoor settings, providing 15,000–160,000 lumens and illumination coverage of 1,600–14,000 square meters per unit. It can be deployed within three minutes and operated single-handedly without a professional drone pilot. Continuous lighting can exceed 240 hours, and its specified weather resistance includes Force 7 winds and level 10 rain. With dimensions of 640 × 490 × 335 mm, it adds a portable lighting configuration to the company's smart-hangar system.
