Its Mxxx-LF-xxxx integrated electric drive system combines a motor and inverter with dual windings and silicon carbide technology. Customizable configurations offer rated power of 25–80 kW, peak power of 50–160 kW and system power density of 4–7 kW/kg. Its Lx-xDxx-Vx.x high-power motor controller uses silicon carbide technology, operates at 850 V and supports sensorless operation or resolver feedback, with continuous current of 50–150 A.
